Rhipsalis lumbricoides is an unusual and hard to find Rhipsalis. Its a native of Argentina and is a beautiful easy-care plant wIth cactus-like trailing leaves but without any spines. It's a very fast grower and with a little care, it will thrive in a small pot for years. 
 
We love this plant for its easy care nature and unusual almost alien-like appearance providing interesting structure and shape. It works well as a potted plant or as a hanging plant. 
 
In the wild in its native Argentina, it lives in the Atlantic sub tropical forests, hanging on branches or growing directly ion the trees wrapping itself around the trunk. The main threat to the species is deforestation.
